I attach a brilliant article from the May edition of OURTOWN which is an excellent monthly magazine about Northwich. It was written by Alan Lowe a respected local journalist and in it he draws attention to the long-term risks of having a large waste incinerator located practically in the middle of a densely populated residential area. Alan’s article is a reminder that opposition to the incinerator goes well beyond the ranks of the CHAIN campaign and the twenty-five thousand signed petitions that we collected a few years ago should not be forgotten.
